have been trained 2 years straight from 2000 - 2002 under the Guidance of Great Guru Paramahamsa Yogananda

His training was so perfect, we never did any such things as shown in the video, and every pose we did from the most difficult to the most easy

everything was not too slow, not too fast, and properly aligned with breath moments

Results I observed in the two years AMAZING unfortunately had an accident after 2 years which limits most of my moments

Got complete control of the body, excellent control I would say

Getting up daily 4:30 AM ... One full Copper Vessel water from night fed in... Cleared stuff before starting Yoga

Please do not get me wrong but the kind of Yoga one should do is best done even today at Haridwar Next is Ramdev Videos
