H1 Extension Approved Jan29th
HI Guys,

Sharing my experience hoping it can give confidence to others waiting for H1 Extension after new memo.

My situation is
Employer-->DesiVendor-->AmericanVendor-->Client

Applied H1B Extension on Nov 09,2009 at VSC -- Regular Processing
RFE -- DEC 18th for Client Letter
Replied to RFE -- Jan 15th
Approval -- Case status approved on Jan 29th.

I completed 5 and half years on my H1, so applied for Extension for 3 years on I-140, that is the only thing I am eagerly waiting to know, whether mine was extended for 3 years or not. Will update you guys after receiving the Approval document.
Good luck to all who are waiting for Extension.
