Required Skills

Must have used SharePoint
Should understand various SharePoint features such as Document Library, Lists, Sites, Sub-sites, site-pages, workflows, web parts, SharePoint 2010 ribbon feature, content types, various navigation and launch bars etc
Must have managed and delivered projects adhering to time, cost and quality
Should understand SharePoint in comparison with other content management and document management products such as Drupal, Joomla, EMC etc
Must be very clear with concepts of cost management, schedule management and scope management
Must be expert in schedule and resource planning
Should be able to lead team of technical people
