How To Get A Copy Of The Lost I-20 Cpt

I took 4 CPT's during my Masters, 1 Fulltime for 11 months and 3 part-time. I lost one of the part-time CPT. I got an RFE (request for evidence) when applied for OPT asking me to provide all the 4 CPT's. My college says that it doesn't have a copy of that CPT. Is there any way to get the copy of that CPT?

Your college people should have it, at anytime they should be able to give you a copy of all I20's they have already given you over your Masters. But as you said they didn't have it, try contacting the company to which you have submitted the I20 as a work permit and it should be with them, if so get a copy and submit..to USCIS.
