Help Regarding H1B

hello dear afdbians..
i am new to this forum and need your help in h1b...i have been working as a senior developer in a small company in hyderabad ,having exposure to few frontend and backend techs. I want to move to the US. My company is not growing and hence cannot file for me. So i have basic doubts...where to start..which consultancy to approach..where to find job sponsors..any issues to look upon..pls guide me.

I am working as Salesforce developer..we use Ajax and flex for the frontend with visulaforce and apex for coding...we are a product development company...how is the market for salesforce in US?
