If you are looking for like a free training then it's up to that company that you will approach to join that it allows freshers as trainee get paid some amount for their for a time period. or provide training after getting some amount or fee, to make you be a paid trainee with them. so you must start with Wipro, HCL, Infosys etc. they hire freshers and provide free training and than after completing that you will might be offered a job.
