Deviated Nasal Septum ( Nose Related) Issue

Hi All, i have DNS problem from childhood i am 26 yrs old now, i am able to breathe properly from only one nostril and other nostril is problem and also when i eat meat or oil or fat items that day its giving more breathing problem from one nostril may be fat is forming inside nose, I have two things now
1) First i need to clear out or remove narrow ness in nose to clearout breathing
2) After First step need to go for plastic surgery or something to staright the bone

Please Anyone Advice me what specialist shall i approach and how and how much it may cost? , i am near to Texas

just a surgery will clear all man dont worry or go for yoga regularly to postpone the operation any how at one stage you need surgery...its relatively simple and doesnt costs much unless you go to care or Apollo like multispeciality business centres
