answer neeku teliyaka potey aadni enduku man tidutunnav...

 

we load dimensions first and then the facts as the measures are available on the dimensions.. If you have a new dimensionID and that primary key is not loaded in the dimension, and if you process the fact without it, the process will fail...

we load dimensions first and then the facts as the measures are available on the dimensions.. If you have a new dimensionID and that primary key is not loaded in the dimension, and if you process the fact without it, the process will fail...

Orrni , love india baiya i answered the same way ...i thought thats incorrect  , aa desi gadu ....  why only dimensions first not fact ani , malli answer iste sure  pakka aa ani adigadu so was not confident...

Fact tables holds Dimension tables primary keys as foreign keys in it...

 

so first Dimension tabls nxt fact tables....

 

but dimension table can also act as fact tbl in other datamart... so appudu idi fact tbl avuthadi vere DM lo...

so alaantappudu ee tbl(wch is fact tbl now n earlier it was dimension tbl) ni frst e load chesam...

 

so aa interwr adi expect chesademo.... (lyk dimension tbl can also act as fact tbl to other DM)
