Is there any other way to get it??

h1 B transfer avthe just a copy of your H1B is fine amma...original vadine toskomanu...and that right License expire avthundi anta chala mandi istaru...ivakapoina nekem issue ledu if you just have a copy of the H1B.

if ur seriously interested in joining another company.....tell him that u will report to USCIS that he is not giving u ur h1 document...and he is asking u to sign unnecessary agreements
