You can fill new DS form and update the form # in our information tab. Not a big dea. Nenu DS form lo em fill cheyaledu just 1-2 fields evo fill chesa and booked slot and i didnt even want to fill the form as it expires in 45 days anukunta. I have 2 more months to go for visa anduke i didnt want to waste my time and fill it. 10 days before apt cheddamanukuntunna.
