Experience/Skills Required

- 4+ years of experience programming with Java and/or Force.com (at least 2
years of force.com, 4+ years total)

- 4+ years with Java Server Pages (JSP) or Visualforce

- 4+ years experience with JavaScript (JS)

- 4+ years experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)

- 4+ years experience with HTML

- Strong understanding of MVC concepts and patterns

- Experience in complex data models and an understanding of various user
based security models

- Expert knowledge of relational database languages (SQL or SOQL)

- Expert knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST)

- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience (Master's
preferred)

- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment


Experience/Skills Desired

- Force.com certifications

- Experience developing with Salesforce.com's Visualforce & Apex Code

- Experience developing on the Salesforce.com platform & API’s

- Enterprise system integration background w/ Web Services

- Understanding of Web 2.0 techniques and standards
