Consulting To Fte Conversion

prasthutham nenu consulting chesthunnanu....h1 stamping done...so no rpoblems whether ft or consulting..

prasthutham if am earning around XX dollars an hour and if we count this year's total hours as 2080, the total pay comes to some $YYYYYY

I got a fte offer in the same region...the salary is now open as of now...if i want to live with the same standards...how much can i ask them???

40$/perhr is considered 80k per annum,For instance if you got an offer for 100k per annum than it's equalent to 50$ per/hr.

But when it come to full time job it's a package which include "Paid holiday,sick leaves, 401k plan,health insurence etc" .so you

need to consider all of these benefits and calculate your package. if you calculate all the benfits it usally addes up to 15k to

20k per annum.

More Important job security ,which you have it in full time atleast for longer period compared to consulting(6 months,1yr)

Based on you offer do the math and decide.
