For my opinion,

1. Universities can give CPT in their 1st semester for a masters degree too because according to immigration law, an international student should complete minimum of 9 months of engineering background(Min 18 crdits). it doesnt say about masters degree..

2. Okavela CPT tisukunna university should have the restrictions the job should be in 50 mile radius.

3. People missued it and it should be blamed to the students who took the Immigration law in their hands and who played with it not the university.

4. People don't have the patience to wait for the 1st 2 semesters to get CPT because many universities doesnt offer CPT because they are afraid that their students doesn't focus on education.

5. Based on the situations of the canidate of the background universities will provide CPT in the first semester.

But for me, Students misused the freedom and parents shouldn't put pressure on their kids and universities can give the CPT by provding srict guidelines. NOW EVEN MANU UNIVERSITIES DOESN'T KNOW THE IMIGRATION RULES AND REGULATIONS....
