team needs aggression not surrender..... it needs discipline.... team compltely lacks discipline now.... they are not playign as a team.... how? look at the way each one is making a comment about other indirectly.... look at the way Munaj and harbhajan conducted themselves in IPL, arguing with the umpires shouting at them..... last time there were players in the team who were part of his team... with them he played....

ganguly is almost better bcoz he has the talent of making younsters shine.most of the indian teammmebrs now was brought by ganguly only......he doesnt care which team we are playing, he sees it as a team.......some are telling that he is lazy and missed practises.....bcoz he used to play but for coaching mindset is important rather than physically working....so i opt for DADA
