H1 amendment antey similar to your h1 process malli apply chesinattu, but since you already have approved h1 it doesn't fall under cap. lets say nuvvu client A tho unnappudu h1 apply chesadu nee employer and then 3 years approve aindi anuko. Now you moved to another client then neeku h1 amendment cheyyali nee employer. h1 amend chesinappudu you may or maynot get your past 3 years again. malli enni days approve aitey anni days..

LCA anedi h1 apply cheseydaaniki mundu chesey application. 5 days padtadi no matter what. its just like h1 apply cheydaaniki pre requisite laantidi..

everytime you change client your employer should amend h1b as per rules aitey.. telisindey kada manollu dabbulu kosam enduku le em kaadu antaaru.. vaadi dabbulu petti edo chestunnattu.. manavey kada..

first time i got h1 approval for 1 year Client A tho vunnappudu...... thn client B ki work chesanu now currently with client C.

Ippudu stamping ki veldam anukuntunnanu...... ippudu h1 amendment cheyisthe can i get new visa period like 3 years again???

visa period = expiry date of your petetion.

so nuvvu h1 amend cheyinchinappudu 3 yrs vastey 3 yrs ki istaadu.. he doesn't care its amendment or something.. all he cares is valid I797 and its validity period to stamp your visa.. 6 months untey 6 months ke istaadu visa... 3 years untey 3 istaadu... adi matter...

also remember, neeku takkuva days untey just wait for your extension or what ever and then do it when you have max time on your I797..

Edisav Edava.. same client and same location in less than some distance no need of ammendment and lca.. Enni miles oo exact telidu baa..

LCA matram pakkaga ammend cheyali....since VO may verify the location mentioned in client letter as well as LCA..
also USCIS may send people to the location mentioned in LCA to verify
