Rejecting Job Offer After Signing Offer Letter

I recently got an offer from company x and I accepted and signed the offer letter . Now I got an other offer from company Y.

Since I have not even started at x and my start date is still 3 weeks away , would there be any legal issues with X if I withdraw the offer.

until you join on first day, there is no obligation , i assume you are talking about fulltime, one of my friend did the same.

full time i don't knw.. but my frind okadu aithey contract lo aithey cheppadu koddiga personal issues valla india velthunna plz extend the joining date for 2months ani adigadu... valley peekeysaru veedu velli verey manchi company lo join ayyadu.. gantha ney
