Bossu................Nenu gatra cheppanu kani...............i have seen the same situation to one of my friend.............wat he did is he applied a new H1 with a new employer and got stamped successfully in canada..........he went to canada for stamping....................for the new H1.............he dont have the job also...............kani nee case lo i think u can come back to USA if they did not void ur F1

not , as of 1st of October, the date his H1- started, his F-1 is invalid

mastaan for ur situation, but u need to file your H1 in april thats the only way.

not april...he is cap exempt...since he is already counted towards cap.......he can file a new h1 anytime now...
