first apply for anew LCA in the new cleint place.

once the new LCA is approved.

Ask for the employer to request for the amendment on the LCA.

Once both were updated. Only then schedule the Visa stamping appointment..

Ask if there is nyway you can see the PIMS record is updated or not.

If it is not updated.. please be prepared to wait for 2-3 weeks extra time while outside the country on H1 B stamping approval..

aapaina mee employer amendment kosam . ela process chestadu anedhi depends..
he can also try .. expedited proicess whi can get things done in 2 -week period I gues..

Amendemnt ayian ventaney . Stamping ki velithey usually aa PIMS anedhi.. USCIS data base link to some other databases where VISAStamping refers to..
aa rendu match avvali antey.. PIMS lo update ayyi undaali..
