1 .suppose OPT june avuthundi....H1 file chaysanu approve ayendi...approved receipt number tesukuni mana college estay ......CAP GAP i20 estharu...


suppose CAP GAP lo job poyendi....PAY ROLL run avala.......


same question mana college DSO ni aadagalaynu...they dont know....am working in EVC model....they knew only...am working for one to one..


please clear my doubts...thanks....guys.

aa question ki exact answer thelvadu bhayya...kani naa scene ki relate chesta..
opt june lo aipoindi..may lo h1 vachhindi..july lo proj aipoindi...july-aug asalu payroll run avvaledu..
issue em kaaledu mari...

actual rrule prakaram.....ur payroll shud run in the state where ur working..

mundhu run avalsina avasaram ledu...kani lca apply chesaka cheyali...

kani...if u have been working at client location before and after applying lca...

when u go for stamping...u shud be able to explain VO why ur payroll was run in different state than client location ....

yes...employer location change chesina LCA file cheyali...check ur lca....it mentions that...u work at employer location primarily and ur client location is additional location where u work...

yeah konni employers change chestharu....appudu appudu...lease end ayina or building mgmt tho problems vachina or edaina consultancy same building lo or street unte....enduku problems ani kuda change cheyachu...or vere deggara chala takkuva rent unna change cheyachu...

example istha chudu..

my employer was previously located in edison, nj and then moved to jersey city, nj....he had to ammend the h1 as well as lca...

also...whenever client location changes, u got to ammend h1 as well as lca....

orrlu maratam ante...county change is also considered a change and that requires ammendment
