Paystub Doubt

next week naku vancouver lo visa stamping undi.. i have 2 important doubts.

one is

na paystub every 2 weeks ki run autundi.. okasari 80 hours inkosari 96 hours malli inkosari 72 hours work chestam kada per 2 weeks, so na paystub amount kuda every time 100$, 300$ ala fluctuate auto untadi.. VO officer why you have different amount in your paystub everytime ante em cheppali? becoz we are full time employees of employer kada.. ala fluctuate aute em kaada?

2nd one.

And naa paystub lo oka column lo.. hours and pay rate per hour kuda mention chesi untadi? ala pay rate mention cheste em kaada? oak vela VO adigite em cheppali?

please give me suggestions...

not a prob bhayya... this happes for everyone...and if there are more hours in your Pay stub tell them that you are payed for overtime
