No programming. It has it's own scripting that is understandable even to Finance Users. That's all I know.

why are you afraid of programming .....nee education background enti ..I mean what is your education qualification and what kind of role you are looking for ? what are your expectations in terms of earning and having long term /stable jobs and have more opportunites ?
