Suggestion On H1 Please

Hi,

Can you guys please give me some suggestions. Here is my situation.
I want to transfer my H1 from one employer to another. But, for that I think I need Client letter. I also want to get the new client for this new employer. The clients wont give me any letter before joining the company and I cannot join the client without my H1 transfer. The new employer has never done H1/H1 transfer.

you can join the new client and start working, from the day your H1b transfer documents/petition submitted to the USCIS.
