nannu today laid off with 15 day notice.

So naa status march 31st ki terminate avutundi,

nenu telisina consultancies ni pattukutunna..

nenu ennallu undachhu ikkada. after termination date. i'm searching around to transfer immediately.

but ee situation better handle cheyataniki mee salahalu ivvandi plz.

oka vela 15 days lo eavru dorakka pothhe, inka illegal aa suppose if i file after 15 days then will it be accepted at uscis.

and legal to continue work thru CAP GAP i 20 extension kada bhayya

quota apply avadhu anytime u can file h1 transfer until your old employes revokes ur h1 u will be in status. neku chance vunte request them not to revoke ur h1 until april 15 like that kastha time adgu say u are looking for new employer will file transfer asap ani

nuvu oka day kodha waste cheyakunda asap ne trails start cheyi transfer apply chese valakosam searching . incase ur company is serious in these policies like 15 days notice ivagane valu revoke ki paper work start chesthe u will be in trouble so before ur revoke papers reaches usics ne h1-b tranfer recipt generate avali accept chesamu ani . mala lca ki oka 5-7 days pothadhi so dont waste time.

15 days tharavata without receipt (new H1) u r illegal
so dont take risk

he is already in H1 so 15 days lo status potundi kada best option new H1
i-20 ante iffudu no admissions kada and CAP gap not applicable (already he has H1)
