Maa in-laws ki last week visa vachhindi... 10 years multiple entry... Supporting documents okkati kooda chudaledu...
Below is the process I followed and documents I sent...

---------------------------------
Application process:

First step is to go to this website and fill out a DS-160 form for each applicant.
https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/
System will generate an Application ID. Don’t forget to save this ID.
Fill out all the information as requested (Keep applicant’s passport handy as you will need information from the passport).
You can save and comeback later to complete the application. You will need the ID to login.
Once you have completed filling the application, you should submit it.
Once you have submitted the application you cannot make any changes. You have to start a new application if you need to make changes.
After submitting the DS-160, you have to print the confirmation page. Confirmation page is required during the visa interview.
You can also print the full DS-160 form for reference but you should not carry this to the visa interview.
You will have the option to save the confirmation page in pdf format to print later.
Instructions and FAQs for filling out DS-160 can be found here,
http://travel.state....forms_4401.html

Once you have completed and submitted your DS-160 visit,
http://www.ustraveld...m/in/index.html
and click on “Apply Now”. You will be taken to a login page. Create a new account with the applicant name. Click on “Schedule Appointment” and it will take you through a series of questionnaire.
You will have to enter the submitted DS-160 Application ID. You can add additional applicant details and enter their DS-160 Application ID.
When you reach the visa fee payment page after the questionnaire, system will generate one CGI Reference Number for all applicants and will show you the amount you have to pay in rupees (after consulate conversion).
Visit any AXIS bank branch and pay the visa fee using the CGI Reference Number. AXIS bank will give a confirmation number.
Login back to http://www.ustraveld...m/in/index.html after 24-48 hours and you should see the confirmation number automatically populated.
You can schedule the visa appointment at this point. You have to choose 2 dates, first for the OFC (offsite collection) location and second for the consulate/embassy interview.
At OFC location, they will collect finger prints and take digital photo for visa.
Attend the visa interview at the consulate/embassy. If visa is granted you have to pick up your passport at the OFC location after ~2 days.
You can track your visa and passport status after the visa interview.
