Nenu OPT lo unnappudu oka employer tho unna from May 2010-Oct 2010. On Bench .. marketing sarigga chey ledu ..

Then Oct lo inko employer kindaki jump vesa.. aadi deggara join aina one and half month ki job vacchindi.. in DEC.. So OPT Lo naaku first year motham waste inattay.. full bench meeda unna...

Now inko employer ki H1 transfer pettukuntunna... maa kottha employer gadu paatha employers nunchi experience letters untay baguntundi antunnadu.. kani vaallu bench meeda unnattu yenduku istharu? asala manam yemani adagali?

Ippudu ee one year bench meeda undatam.. naku future GC ki and H1B transfer ki negetive avuddemo anipisthundi..

and nenu canada ki podam anukuntunna stamping ki... one year kaali ani yedyna issue chestharemo ani doubt,,,


Any suggestions.. anyone know if this is a thing which I should be worried about??

OPT lo nuvvu bench mida unna edo consultancy peru report chesuntav kada so no issues. 2008 recession graudates andaru 1 yr bench mide unnaru including myself. Naku opt ext lo job vachindi but opt lo payroll run avvaledu. recent ga vancouver h1 sstamping ki kuda velli vacha asalu vadu vati gurinche adagaledu. ni current project and LCA mida pay match ayyi and nuvvu h1 midiki vachinappadinunchi anta perfect ga unte u r good. paystubs kuda last 6 months are enough. but safeside unte 1 yr tesukellu. dont think too much. 2008 graudates naku telisi atleast oka 100 mandi friends opt lo bench mida 1 yr unnaru bro,...take it easy...have confidence and be cool

2-3 months should be fine . 2-3 months pay stubs saripotaya ante mundu vi kuda tesukellu . Employer change common mundu LCA if on h1 transfer cheuskunnava ? If so Anni docs with current and prev employer Pakka ga tesukellu . Employer change is common scenario . Nothing to worry at all if u are I projects Ane being paid according to LCA since you are on h1 . All the best

anni documents with current and prev employer annav... prev employer ante pay stubs yega.. antha kante yem tiskeltham...

ya paystubs and vadi LCA if u filed h1 with him and now going for stamping with this employer...pata employer offer letters..w-2's alantivi...unnavanni patikellu....asalu shouldnt be a problem..common scenairo kada employer change....but since u came on h1 vadu adagachu...na pay stubs since i came on h1 chusadu anduke better have all documents handy
