This is absolutely false information. SOA needs coding knowledge. Not needed for designing composites but always you should know basics of java to meet the Reqs. Don't drag people into your technology. Let them come by themselves.

Are u into Oracle SOA if so how much lines of Java code have u writing in u r project's or in u r regular development activity.

In my 5 years of experience on Oracle SOA I have not written a single line of code.

Oracle after acquiring Java provided a option to write Java code on explicitly rare case max in exception handling in fault polices we may need write a few line of code beyond that we no need to write a single of code.

This is just to provide awareness about people looking for non coding technology's we are not forcing any one get trained on Oracle SOA, by attending the demo they can judge where Oracle SOA fits for them or not.

Oracle SOA is middle-ware for integrating external systems,

where as ADF is Advance Development Framework which is UI framework where we will using Java for Coding
