hi my opt expires in june 2013.... i had applied for h1 in this april....

if i apply for college and if i got i20 for fall 2013 (sep), will i be on status or shall i have to attend summer classes (before june 2013) ?? sSc_hidingsofa *<:(

Nuvvu capgap lo untaav kadaa, But u need to get the capgap i20 from ur college as u have already applied for H1. nee h1 status enti ani telise varaku u will be on Cap Gap status. nuvvu college join avthe then ur onlly it is valied till that u will be in capgap or h1 vaste automatic ga h1 status update aipotundi needi
