The petitioner accused that Nag has grabbed the land of Tammidi Cheruvu (water tank) and built his N-Convention centre around it. Anyone entering into this high profile function hall can see the pond inside. Many say that Nag has also resorted to some irregularities in Annapurna Studio land which was given to Akkineni family for service to film industry.
