[b]This person will manage all aspects of Citrix support, including the support of new offshore connectivity. Must be energetic and a good communicator, with serious self management capabilities. Workplace downtown Chicago.[/b]

-- Contractor must have experience installing and managing Citrix in a brand new environment, completed upgrades as well as done trouble shooting
---- Environment: FIS supports software all Hardware is supported by the client in Toronto. Contractor has to be comfortable in an environment where access is limited unless discussed with the client (have to ask what can be touched)

[b]Soft skills[/b]: Patient, ability to communicate point effectively with client without being passive or overly forceful.
--- Candidate must have a strong business presence, consultative approach and utilize their tactical influence to clearly communicate the business case.

[b]Summary:[/b]
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a wide variety of technologies in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a Citrix "engineer" type, with a strong background in Citrix software / hardware support, new installations, upgrades and a strong troubleshooting background. This person will manage Citrix support in a multi-company environment and must be a great communicator with excellent self management traits. This person will need to deal with many layers of bureaucracy and needs the finesse and patience to get the job done in an environment where he does not control all the parts.

[b]Essential Duties and Responsibilities: [/b]
- Oversee the installation, configuration and maintenance of the Citrix server hardware and software systems
- Manage the Citrix support process for all BMO-Harris Citrix applications.
- Support the development, installation and implementation of offshore development connectivity.

[b]Qualifications:[/b]
- MCSE, Citrix, or individual Microsoft server certifications a plus
- Desktop OS certifications a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong knowledge of the following:
o Windows Server and Active Directory (all aspects)
o Citrix Presentation Server / ZenApp
- Edge Sight and any other Citrix diagnostic tools

[b]Education:[/b]
An Associate’s Degree or higher in Computer Science is desirable but not required. CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, Microsoft Desktop and Server operating systems certifications (MCP) are also highly desirable, but not required.

[b]Experience:[/b]
Four plus years of experience in related area of work and level of responsibilities is preferred. Must have strong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in fast-pace environment. Must be able to work with senior management and people at all levels of the firm.
