Na friend ki job poyindhi.... Full time..H1 apply chesaru...approve kuda ayindhi...stamping kuda done..... all of a sudden, budget cuts ani lay off chesesaru.... being 1 month now.... inka project dorkaledhu.... consultancy loney unadu, trying for projects....
eee H1 paina enni days grace period untundhi.... pay check lekunda enni days undochu....
plzzz help bhaiya....

please try to change H1 Visa Transfer ,, After getting your Project u will get a new Visa copy ..

if he is in the process of h1b transfer then unless the previous emp revokes his h1 he is fine.....Grcae period ledhu h1b midha 0 days...revoke ain aroju nundi he'll be out of status
