Hi Can anybody please explain when someone asks what work do you do with the current project

The details of current project is:

The project involved maintaining information of patients, doctors and ensuring efficient data retrieval as required for core decision making. Work involved writing Stored Procedures, Triggers and monitoring performance to ensure efficient data retrieval. The data from the files are to be extracted and transformed using PL/SQL procedures.
