Contact current DGP. Ask them to create a memorandum and get his initials on it. He will refer it to the same police station but the copy will be circulated to everyone in topdown fashion. DGP will initial the memorandum ask for stamp on it.

Jagan kaadu aadi amma mogudini kudaa vodalani officers AP loney vunnaru.

They might not fight with you but will show you all the legal ways to get around it. They will back you with the law, when you follow that CM kudaa emi cheyyadu....
