Got it. There is an NRI cell in the Police Dept. Contact them, If they are in and around hyderabad Cyberabad police will deal with it. They can issue an interpol red corner alert to get his details....as she is his wife legally she has the right to know about his whereabouts...

If he does not respond to the notice which has a time limit they will ask Indian Foreign Ministry to revoke his passport....Again it is time consuming process but it will have crippling effect on his career.

My guess is that he would and he should respond to those notices...Good luck...if you are struck anywhere dont offer bribe to anyone in the system move ahead to the next power position.

I am sure you need not go through the following process but just a note:

Final thing to do which works :
=========================
If you think you are not being served at the state level regarding the issue of the interpol notice....take initials on all the memorandums whom ever you meet...take their stamps(i.e date and time) scan them send an email to chief secretary, Indian Foreign Ministry and CC the copy to CM, State chief secretary and indian cabinet secretary....all these emails are available in the internet for corresponding ministries and also you can contact locan indian embassy for these details. But this is the last resort. Wish you good luck.

they checked on the red corner notice front,, but they were told red corner notice is no longer valid for USA.. as of now...
