na second rfe client letter n employer-employee relationship mida padindi...so apude na proj aipoindi..epatiki 2 mnths aithundi proj inka raledu...rfe deadline inko 1 mnth undi...

ma employer adigite emi sariga chepadam ledu..

So kotha proj oste kotha LCA tho rfe answer chesthe entavaraku approve aye chances unai...oka vela approve aite oct 2014 nundi start avuthunda...

project e rakunte rfe answer cheyada..?

 

plz share your inputs n help me bhaiyyas..!!

Dont do that, recently my frd did same thing, he answered his RFE with new LCA & new client letter.

 

he got DENIAL., you will have 99.99% denial.
