Oh..neeku reply isthunna gaaa..mana Jobs r sedentary..so thakkuva calories food theesukodam better..like 2 chapathis n dal in lunch, sleep 8hrs, and excercise 1 hr--even walking is fine.

Afternoon rice thinu neku no problem

 

Night mathram 7 lopu complete ayye la thinu only chapathi or idly or fruitss chaalu. nuvvu cheyagalanu antey one day total food aapeysi only juice (not fruits) only juice thaagu.. or inka thaggali anukunta aa one day only lemon + honey thaagu

 

and daily 4.5 lts water mathram marachipokunda thaagu

 

PS: 70 antey pedda weight emi kadu ne height ki OK so just daily 1 to 2 hrs exercise cheysi night fruits thinu chaalu fit ga untaav and night duty tho bagaa strain aithaaru man.. search another job man
