Choreographer turned director Prabhu Deva, who brought mass entertainers back into Bollywood, is gearing up with yet another action film in R…Rajkumar. Starring the talented Shahid Kapur and Sonakshi Sinha, the music has been quite a rage these days. Let’s see whether the album lives up to its expectations.

Song 1: Gandi Baat

Singers: Mika Sigh, Kalpana Patowary

Lyrics: Anupam Amod, Mayur Puri.

Analysis: The album begins with the song ‘Gandi Baat’, which is an energetic number with heavy desi beats. Both the singers showcase awesome chemistry and make most of its funny lyrics look catchy. Gandi Baat has all the ingredients of an ideal mass number and is an instant chart buster.

Verdict: On the whole, R..Rajkumar is a typical Prabhu Deva album with all the massy dance numbers. Pritam tries something different and plays it to the masses with his beats. Gandi baat and Saree Ke Fall Sa are our picks, but rest of the songs are quite ordinary.
