Experience Level :  Minimum 2 years in US Staffing Bench Sales.
Location: Hyderabad, AP

 

Job Description:

 

·  Desirable candidate should have good understanding of W2, 1099, Corp-Corp, contracts and End to End full life cycle of IT recruitment is a must.

· Required good knowledge about all type of US Visa’s.

·  Need to have  extensive knowledge & experience  about gathering requirements from job portals like Dice, Tech Fetch, monster etc

·  Should maintain a good relationship with Vendors, responding to their mails in time and also maintaining a database of Vendors.

· Must develop knowledge of using job-boards, Linkedin, Twitter, and other web-based professional and social media to find and close strong technical candidates.

· Need to work from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (Indian Standard Time).

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

 

· Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent .

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

·  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

·   Must work well under pressure and tight timelines.
