Search for "Hadoop definitive guide - third edition PDF". Thats more than enough.

But reading the book is not that easy. So please first go through some online tutorials that you can find in abundance on youtube.

First learn the concept - why do we need Hadoop? Then do Map-Reduce Programming with live examples.

 

After that you can go for PIG, Hive, Hbase or Cassandra etc.
