annalu..... mee help kavali.....OPT lo Sept '13 varaki pani chesanu, april '13 lo h1b approved indi.

 

Sept '13 lo india ki vachanu family emergencies valla......naa paata employer hand ichadu, h1b revoke chesadu....so cannot go to h1b stamping thru my past employer.....

 

oka desi consultancy ni patta.....90-100 employees pani chestunnaru anta.....ee employer is ready to file my h1, but attorney tho matla dam annadu as my paata employer revoked my h1...

 

emina problems untaya.....nenu cap exempt ki eligible ???
