I129 Approved.....extension Of Stay Denied.

Hi friends.......

 

Nenu chemistry paina H1 lo job chesthunnanu......some reasons valla na employer lay off chesi job vere location lo offer chesadu but adhe time lo inko company job offer chesthe akkada join ayya....Na new employer h1&h4 file cheyataniki 31 days theesukunnadu from the day of termination from previous employer. Ala ani na h1 transfer petition i129 approve chesi extension of stay deny chesadu.......my wife's h4 also denied. Ippudu memu iddaram out of status so malli stamping ki vellamantunnaru company vallu. next week india (hyd) velthunnanu, akkada visa interview lo ye questions adige chance undhi.......my visa from previous employer expires in oct 2015.

Yeah nadhi full time job ye.........employer kuda chala support chesthunnadu. Canada ki vellalante akkadi visa kavalani oddannaru........Jamaica ki kuda waiting time at least 10 days undhi...so india ke vellamani company immigration attorney suggest chesadu........nadhi last time h1b and H4 kuda hyd lo stamping ayindi.......approved immediately. Ippudu kuda hyd ke velthunnam since me and my wife's family from hyderabad. I have couple of doubts............since my wife's i539 petition has been denied, do i have to apply my wife's visa on my i797 petition ?

Ikkada employer na status ela mention chesthadu........immi attorney pay role run cheyadhhu, leave of absence pettochu annadu......
