H1,h4 Transfer........i129 Approved But Extension Of Stay Denied.

Hi friends........

 

I am a full time worker on H1B, my wife is on H4. Last year company maranu.......new employer h1and h4 transfer petition file chesadu but 31 days pattindhi from the day i left from my previous employer. Jan 24th ki na i129 petition approve ayindhi but on jan 27th my wife's i539 petition deny ayindhi.......inquire chesthe......na i129 approve ayindi but extension of stay deny ayindhi so that my wife's i539 petition got denied ani chepparu........so india ki stamping ki vellali malli ippudu ani chepparu comp attorney......Last year ye h1 and my wife h4 stamping ki vellam immediately approve ayindi......ippudu iddariki valid i94 undhi and previous employer visa oct 1 2015 varaku undhi......so ippudu na wife h4 na i129 petition (approved) paina apply cheyala ledha thana i539 (denied though) paina cheyala.......stamping ki velthe elanti questions adige chance undhi......?? Emaina problem avthundha........Oka vela 221g isthe enni rojulu paduthundi clear avvataniki........ala late ayye chance unte ikkada late ga vachina job ki problem emi undadha.....Help me please.
