H1--> H4 And H4--> H1

ma dosth dhi oka situation.

valla wife h1 medha vunnaru.. currently on bench due to some reasons they want to go back to H4 and go to india for couple of months
after come back and stay on H4.

While on H4 If she try to get a job. Will that previous h1 will be valid.? does it have any time. Becoz that current h1 is valid until 2015year end.

( I know h4 cant get a job. But if they try based on previous h1 copy ).

if so does that come under Quota or how..?
