1. First an Webcam based written exam of 30 questions multiple choices. (75% is cutoff to qualify)

2. Followed by Webcam video based Virtual interview. (Consists of around 10-15 questions generally technical + non-technical)

3. If above two steps are qualified,  resume would be sent to client for consideration along with the exam results and virtual interview video (All bundled).

4. If client likes, then webcam based face to face interview with Client. (No travel required).

5. Confirmation generally comes in 3-5 days.

6. Onboarding will take 2 weeks time (Background checks).

 

Client is Arizona State govt and all are long term projects based in Phoenix only, no remote working options !
