green light is only legal to cross the road, not necessarily safe.. always give a short sec look, if all the traffic is halted before slowly releasing the break.. let the rear folks honk you.. remember 1 sec is what all it takes to watch and accelerate, the same time it takes the rear vehicles to loose patience.. so have a eye before

  children that are under 17 must be secured in a safety belt if the seat is equipped with one. There is no reason to not wear a safety belt.
