New employer 1year tarvatha GC file chestadu ani guarantee yenti?

Before joining most of the employers use the same line, 1year tarvatha budget ledhu ani, approval kavali ani, ipudu requirement ledhu ani..., stories start avuthaie.

Asalu 1year tarvatha fire chesi dobbithey yem chestav?

Yem undhi kotha employer ne chusukunta antav anthey ga...., Ok ok, so when will u max out your 6years of H1?

If your current employer has filed your PERM in FEB 14 it actually means that he got PWD for you, posted job ads, conducted interviews followed by cool off period..., this pre process alone will take 6months. If he filed for PWD then picha light but keep in mind don't switch to new employers based on future commitments because most of the times they dont happen. If the new employer is really interested in your abilities and looking long term relation with you, filing a GC for you is peanuts..., it would hardly cost 10k MAX i.e.., if the employer is taking care of everything.

Hot full time endi man... yendalo nilabedataara ninnu... kkr.gif

any ways porting ayye varaku antey , if no audit and all... then you are looking atleast 8-9 months for Perm and then 6-8 months for I140(even though u apply in premium, its better to stay with same employer for 6 months is wat ppl and attorneys say)... so you are looking at anywhere between 18 months of contract period... will they give such a long offer??? what is ur tech?? u that thopu man??? kkr.gif
