Hi,

 

My H1B stared in October 2013, and i have got only 1 year, that is valid till Sep 30, 20114. I am planning to go for stamping this Year as soon as possible. So i thought of planning to apply for H1 B extension (premium process)before go for stamping. and I am working in Chicago area. i have taken client and vendor letter with out end dates. So my question is if i apply premium is there any chances to get 3 years to go for visa stamping...

 

Pls advise me!!
