Got an RFE for CPT: Provide Evidence that Beneficiary was in a valid F-1 Status at the time petition was filed a) Evidence that CPT Program is integral part of Computer Software Engineering program b)Explain how Beneficiary is able to maintain full-time student status while on CPT, such as enrollment in other courses as required by program of study. c) Copies Transcripts Additional you submit, Tuition fee receipt,attendance records or any or all evidence.

Dont worry...opika ga rfe lo emi adigaro oka note mida rasi ..okoka point mida work cheyi..naku 7 pages cpt rfe padindi...last yr..me course details...fee receipts..cpt full time enrollment letter...attendance me ISO/Student offc valu provide chestaru..flight tickets..rfe adigite pampiyandi colg ki..don't hesitate...colg valuu help chestaru genl ga..docs tho koditeee visa ravalii...e debba lo....Good Luck..:)

 

Chepadam maricha..naku H1 approved after successful answering  two rfe's...so don't PANIC.

Same RfE bhayya naku kuda but college naa CPT CPT cancel chesaru and i20 withdrawn cheskunaru .. Nenu college specified limits lo undi pani cheyatle ani telsindi RfE submit chesaka .. So college nundi tesesaru bhayyo nanu oka week time Ichi univ transfer chesko lekunte sevis ni tesestam anaru.. Malla Kotha college lo admission teskuna but no CPT untill September.. RfE docs college nundi vache la unayi Inko week lo .. If I respond uscis ki naa RfE .. Ipudu nenu una position lo approve anthada..

i know one of my frd kuda exact same position vachindi last year.......rfe ki veelinantha fast ga respond avvamanu mee employer ni.....nuvvu h1 apply chesinappudu manchi sttaus maintain chesava, attendence etc chustaru.......ippudu present cpt lo undakapoyina parvaledhu......but ask ur employer to respond to ur rfe ASAP......maa frd ilage chesadu, ventane h1 vachesindi.....
