What shud I have to elaborate man even though u get funding for a masters program u end up spending 3-4lacs the same way they spend money for these steps
I told u my frnds case everyone's case is different
My Frnd cleared step2 in India itself
He came to clear clinical skills he had to live in a motel in Houston during that exam then after clearing that he did shadowing n then wrote step3 cleared and applied for the programs that itself costs around 4-5k jus for applications then went back to India n after couple of months came to US to attend interviews n then went back till he matched then he came to US for residency for all these you cannot work in a gas station n study u need 100% commitment
But u got to keep in mind perseverance pays off but I would sincerely advise if u wanna make her to work in IT don't go for her since u will be wasting a degree which India is in dire need of doctors :(

Hello bro nenu physiotherapist but had lot of frnds who did residency, so based on my knowledge  i can tell you that money you may have to spend 15-20,000 dollars for applications, exam fees, attending residency interviews etc, the girl needs lot of committment bcoz u need to clear all three steps exam in first attempt that too with excellent scores, my frnds had 95 plus in all three exams but could not get the residency and went back to india, some say u need good scores and some say US observership or shadowing experience is must to get the residency, competition is fierce so make sure u have plan b or c if this thing doesn't work. However i have seen some cases where luck or recommendation helped and people got in to residency program with average scores but that depends on lot of factors but okka sari residency vasthe life settle. Residency will be for three years the girl will literally have no time for these three years so u need lot of understanding in this period i have seen some frnds breaking their relationship bcoz of this again this depends on u and the girl. Once residency is done she will be get M.D. and will get 150-200k job depending on the state if she is interested she can go for specializaion but it will take another 3-6 years to finish. So total 1-11/2 for clearing exams and 3 years residency so 4-5 years lot of studying amma so baga commitment undali!!!

Both my frnds had publications in reputed journals and both did their masters in biology here konni sarlu luck undali and interviewer ki manam nachali so lot of factors ani anduke rasa inko frnd ki 80's lo score undi publications em levu kani seat vachindi adi anthe !!!1 there is no fool proof method idi chesthe kachitanga vasthadi just trying and giving it  a best shot  varake mana chethilo untadi migathadi mana luck !!!!
