nenu oka university lo join avdaam ani sevis pay chesi, sevis activate kuda cheskunna..but konni reasons valla eppudu aaaa uni ki drop ayyanu without even attending a single class, did even changed my status (on H4 status)....so problem is, eppudu vere uni lo apply chesthunna and kotha sevis pay cheyyocha leka old uni lo unna sevis ni transfer cheyyalaaa???????

H4 ki maaraanu antunnav... malli same SEVIS ela transfer avthundi ? if I am not wrong... nuvvu F1 apply chesetappudu, H4 --> F1 maarathundi sevis status... SEVIS fees sangati naaku teleedhu...

rendu ela possible I say???? once u join or register for classes in a university university DSO would change u r status to F-1 status kadha. if u r still on H-4 ante meru asalu courses ki register avvaledha just i20 vundha????

nenu H4 meeda unna present ga....trying to join a uni..paid sevis...after sevis paid, get I20 and later we can apply for status change (h4-->f1)..so na problem yenti ante...nenu sevis pay chesi, I20 vache uni is for-profit private university for this i cant apply h1b in MASTERS QUOTA...naaku semester fee pay chesina two days ki telisindi that this uni is waste ani...so i called the uni guys and said nenu personal reasons tho drop avthunna uni and i want refund ani but did not say them that am joining a different uni............so when i started to join a different uni i got a doubt...doubt is should i transfer my sevis now or will be there any chance to pay a fresh sevis.....why fresh sevis ante eppudu naaku inka refund raledu and if i ask them to transfer my sevis, vallu delay cheyyochu or may be they dont refund and say u have to study in thus uni ani anochu....

generally if u r on f-1 status sevis 5 months kante ekkuva out of status unte sevis will be terminated. if sevis is terminated then again if u want to join any university malli sevis kattali ani telusu. but in your case as your change of status was not done completely I think this rule might not apply to you emo.
