Can I see your i-129?

Sure...she did make sure that I was working at the same location as stated in my petition

Can I see your employer letter?

Sure...

Can I see your Client letter?

She saw my Prime vendor's name in the letter and asked me who they are, I said they are the preffered vendors for my client and asked me to show a letter from them, and she wanted to see my h1b petition cover letter if we have mentioned regarding the prime vendor in it

Can I see your H1b cover letter?

She looked at this letter bullet points and made sure it is stated that my prime vendor is mentioned in it...also she asked me how do you communicate with your supervisor...I said we do it every month on audio conf or video conf calls

 

she typed for like 5 mins and took a white slip and said....
